Saison ale: this herbaceous-flavoured beer comes from France and Belgium. The European hops used give it fresh, fruity flavours.
Sour beer: as its name suggests, sour beer is a tangy, fruity beer that is starting to appear in Europe. Sour beers are very difficult to make and require real expertise.
You will visit Toronto's classic pubs and then a brewery, where you will taste and learn about brewing techniques. You will then take a tour of one of the city's markets, such as St-Lawrence Market, before ending your visit in the trendy Distillery District.
