What is an accrobranche?

Tree climbing parks are very popular in France. Mainly aimed at children, they are also open to seminars, groups and associations.

More than just jumping from tree to tree, accrobranche is a high-level sports course.

You'll find nets, suspended swings, bridges, zip lines and even abseiling.

The idea is to move from platform to platform without ever touching the ground. To do this, you are attached to a lifeline throughout the course.

🚩 All children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult, whether or not they are practising.

Equipment, the basis of accrobranche

You don't need much to go accrobranche, apart from sporty clothes in which you can move comfortably. The staff at the Cassis accrobranche will equip you with a harness, a lanyard, karabiners and a pulley to complete the course. The most important thing is the lifeline, which is continually attached between you and the lines of the course, to prevent you from falling.
